AutoGen has the knowledge and experience to help you maintain your DNA / RNA extraction equipment's superior performance and capabilities. We have developed service plans that meet the needs and budgets of our clients from full service coverage to time and materials billable service.

AutoGen’s On-site Extended Service Plan

AutoGen's On-site Extended Service Plan is our most comprehensive service plan. It is designed for our AutoGenFlex, AutoGenprep and GENE PREP product lines. With AutoGen's On-site Extended Service Plan, our clients receive the same level of care and support that they received under the original warranty including replacement parts, labor and travel expenses. AutoGen will also provide the fastest on site response time, usually within 48 hours, preventative replacement of wearable parts and the option of one refresher training session at the time of the preventative maintenance ("PM") visit.

The preventative maintenance visit will include a full system check of alignments and calibrations, lubrication, replacement of deteriorating wearable parts and a complete cleaning along with a verification test run. The customer will receive a report and discussion with the service representative to review the results of the PM.

Some of the problems an instrument may encounter can be resolved by phone, minimizing any potential downtime. You can expect a 2 hour phone response for technical support during normal working hours.

AutoGen's Depot Extended Service Plan

AutoGen's Depot Extended Service Plan is our repair plan designed to quickly and economically service our smaller bench top instruments including the QuickGene-Mini80, QuickGene-810 and QuickGene-610L. AutoGen will send a sturdy and easy to use shipping container for roundtrip transportation to and from AutoGen's facility for depot repair. We generally are able to repair the instruments within 48 hours of receipt, minimizing instrument downtime. For those labs with critical requirements that cannot afford any downtime, we offer optional loaner instrument programs.

AutoGen's Time and Materials Billable Service

AutoGen's Time and Material Billable Service Plans provide complete coverage for your AutoGen instruments on an as needed basis. We offer flexible options for on-site instrument repair and depot service that can be purchased on a time-and-materials basis.
